Food Truck Vendor Registration Form

The Civic Association has three events this year that are open to food trucks.
These events are very well attended, with anticipated
crowds of  600 or more.


Fall Festival
This year our Fall Festival is October 5th;
Event time: 11:00am - 10:00pm, setup at 10:00am, & clean up by 11:00pm.

 

Trunk N' Treat
A crazy Halloween celebration for all the community kids on Halloween night October 31st;
Event time: 6:00pm-8:00pm, setup at 4:00pm, clean up by 9:00pm.

Hallmark Christmas
Our Christmas celebration Hallmark Christmas will be November 30th;
Event Time: 5:00 - 9:00, setup at 4:00, clean up by 10:00pm.

By filling out the form below you are registering for one or more of our events.
You will be contacted within 5-7 business days of your registration with further details.
As a rule, we do not book two of the same kind of vendors for any event.
(Example: only one taco truck etc.)

Fee: $150/Event

Once we confirm your registration we will send you an invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt.
